Testing leadership & validation
Senior-level expert support for hardware/R&D teams to define testing requirements and strategy, plan and run verification, validation, and reliability testing. Support can be provided as consulting, task-based assignments, hands-on execution, or in an outsourced HW Test Manager role. Approvals & certification
End-to-end support to clarify applicable requirements and key compliance risks for target markets and drive market entry and approvals forward. Support can be provided as consulting, task-based assignments, end-to-end ownership, or in an outsourced Compliance Manager or Certification Manager role. Includes evidence planning, technical file readiness, lab coordination, and supplier compliance evidence.
Test environments & practical testing
Support to build repeatable in-house R&D test capability and run practical verification and validation testing efficiently, incl. EMC pre-compliance when relevant. Includes test setup concepts, equipment and lab requirements specification, rent or buy decisions, and outsourced testing scoping when needed.
Processes and documentation
Support to simplify and standardize ways of working and documentation so quality improves and work becomes repeatable across projects, not just for compliance. Focus on practical templates, SOPs, traceability, and scalable execution that saves time and cost over the long run.

Engagements are flexible by design, ranging from focused short-term support to ongoing involvement within product or R&D projects.
Work is primarily delivered remotely and on an hourly basis, with on-site support available when required.
